polar express train

"On Christmas Eve many years ago I laid quietly in my bed. I did not rustle the sheets, I breathed slowly and silently. I was listening for a sound I was afraid I'd never hear: the sound of Santa's sleigh bells". Thursday afternoon we made our way over to Mt. Rainer in our pajamas, to experience a magical train ride on the Polar Express. We boarded the train after the conductor said, "ALL ABOARD." We started on our journey in Elbe, Washington, and made our way over to Mineral near Washington State Mt. Rainer National Park. On the way we enjoyed cookies and hot cocoa served by dancing waitresses, and listened to a reading of the Polar Express. Upon arrival at the North Pole, Santa boarded the train and gave Zoey and Asher the first gift of Christmas, a SILVER BELL. It was definitely an experience to remember.

8 m o n t h s

Happy 8 months Asher! You are wearing size 9-12 months clothing. Size 3 diapers. TWO teeth as of today (12/9/16)! Weighs roughly 21 lbs. Asher is gaining quite the personality. He is happy, chill, and busy little dude. This past month he started to pulling himself up and is getting into everything! Perfect time for Christmas. He loves the Christmas tree, especially those shiny ornaments. Asher started climbing up the stairs, and trying to go down. Scares mama so much. These past couple of weeks have been amazing. Asher finally decided to sleep through the night! We put a heater in his room and ever since then he has been sleeping really great. Im excited for his FIRST Christmas this year!
